A virtual floppy drive for Windows (WinXP-Win8, x86/x64)  If you have some old program that demands a floppy, this is for you.  Floppies are stored .img files.

ImDisk can mount CD/DVD images & emulate a RAM disk in addition to floppies

Having a bit of trouble formatting 720K floppy on the program from the above link, this might work better for some people.
